Paediatric Physiotherapist (Band 5)

Full Time – 37 hours per week – Term Time Only – Fixed Term Contract for 1 year

Kent Scheme Band 7: £21,297 to £24,230 FTE p.a. (£17,971 to £20,446 pro-rated p.a. £11.04 to £12.56 per hour)

As a paediatric physiotherapist you will provide a specialist and individual physiotherapy service, within a multidisciplinary context, for students with physical disabilities and complex medical needs that attend Valence School. Within the integrated multidisciplinary health team, you will provide a specialist clinical role supporting a caseload of students to maximise their full physical potential throughout their school career, from primary to further education.

You will have a degree in physiotherapy (or equivalent) and have HCPC registration along with membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.  Excellent communication along with strong organisational and time management skills are essential.  You will be able to work not only collaboratively, with the therapy and teaching teams, but also autonomously and to be accountable for your own professional actions.
