Sports Coach

Full Time - Term Time Only - Permanent

Kent Scheme 6: from £16,792 actual pro-rated for 39 working weeks and 5 weeks holiday pay

In this role you will plan and deliver appropriate adapted and modified PE lessons to young disabled students as part of their school curriculum.  You will have experience of delivery of sport sessions and want to gain additional experience in PE and school or club disability sport.

We are looking for someone that is enthusiastic and has a genuine passion for sports coaching and PE.  You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to inspire disabled children and young people to be actively interested in sport and swimming.

Experience of working with SEND students is desirable, however what is more important is an aspiration to support disabled students to achieve.  Minimum qualifications for this role are A'Levels and ideally a NGB (National Governing Body) Level 1 Sports qualification.

This role is ideal as a stepping stone ito training to teach and full support can be provided to do this.
