Maintenance Supervisor

40 hours per week - All Year Round* - Monday to Friday

£30,747 actual gross p.a.

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will join a growing, friendly team responsible for day to day maintenance issues within the school.  You will support the Site Manager & Facilities team to ensure the delivery of a safe and secure environment that is maintained and developed for all students, staff and visitors and ensure that all facilities are kept to a high standard of repair and appearance.  You will deputise for the Site Manager in their absence.

You will have maintenance experience and general knowledge of building maintenance including relevant legislation and able to use a wide range of machinery and equipment.  You will develop and maintain good working relationships, be pro-active and have a reliable attitude.  Self motivation and the ability to work with the minimum of supervision, a flexible approach and the ability to prioritise are required.  You will need a full driving licence for this post. There may be a requirement to work occasional evenings/weekends to assist with school events.

ICT Technician

Full time - 37 hours per week - All Year Round 

£13.75 per hour - £26,524 gross p.a.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to start a career working in ICT support and you will assist in the delivery of first line IT support throughout the school including deploying IT hardware and software to users.  You will need excellent interpersonal, communication and technical skills together with the ability to work accurately under pressure.  A good general education, computer literacy and a ‘can do’ attitude is required along with the ability to work well in a team.  Prior experience in an IT role is desirable.

ICT Apprenticeship

Full time - 37 hours per week - All Year Round 

Fixed-Term Contract for 18 months

£10 per hour - £19,290 gross p.a.

Opportunity for a permanent role on successful completion of apprenticeship and ICT qualification.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to start a career in ICT whilst working towards a recognised Level 3 (Advanced) ICT qualification with optional Microsoft certification.  As an ICT apprentice you will assist in the delivery of first line IT support throughout the school including deploying IT hardware and software to users.  You will need excellent communication skills and have good attention to detail.  A good general education, computer literacy and a ‘can do’ attitude is required along with the ability to work well in a team.
