The team of staff that are hoping to swim the English Channel later this year have been given a boost as they start cold water training next week. Local estate agent James Millard has agreed to provide the team with changing robes and kit that will be used throughout the challenge. With the temperatures plummeting over the last few days, the thought of visiting Chipstead Lake for the first of many sessions is suddenly not too appealing. However, the schedule for qualification is tight and sessions cannot be missed.  The warm gear will be put to good use.
