We offer a range of subjects to allow all students to access a broad and enriching curriculum. All subject teachers produce medium and long-term plans to ensure that the curriculum is sequenced logically. Teachers have access to students’ support plans, and can therefore differentiate their teaching, so that all students’ needs are met. To ensure a consistently high quality of teaching and learning, we have implemented a robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Review system.  Each term, the Teaching and Learning Leadership Team undertake a review of a selection of subjects to identify areas of strength and improvement. The reviews involve meetings with colleagues and students, learning walks, and a book look. Colleagues have opportunities to share best practice in the weekly teachers’ meeting.
